About the role
We are seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Mental Health Team at Salford Council. The role is based at Salford Civic and forms part of the Front Door team, delivering visits and assessments to support the contact team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct home visits and assessments for service users.
- Provide timely support to the contact team within the Front Door service.
- Collaborate with multi‑agency partners to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate case records and follow safeguarding procedures.
Required profile
- Qualified Social Worker registration.
- Relevant experience in mental health or adult social work.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred services.
