Qualified Teacher (QTS/ECT) – Full‑time roles in Andover

About the role

Prospero Teaching is partnering with a range of primary, secondary and specialist SEN schools in Andover to recruit Qualified Teachers (QTS) and Early Career Teachers (ECT) for the September start. The positions are full‑time and cover a variety of subjects and key stages.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, structured lessons within your subject specialism or key stage.
• Assess pupil progress, provide clear feedback and support mixed‑ability groups.
• Maintain high standards of behaviour, engagement and safeguarding.
• Contribute to wider school life, departmental development and extracurricular activities.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it as an ECT.
• Strong subject knowledge or primary curriculum understanding.
• Confident classroom practitioner with good behaviour management.
• Organised, committed to high standards and open to varied school settings.
