Quality Assurance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to support quality‑related processes and supplier performance in a fast‑paced operational environment. The role involves investigating non‑conformances, maintaining accurate records, supporting audits and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and manage quality‑related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of quality concerns and corrective actions.
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and administer concession, deviation and corrective‑action paperwork.
• Control non‑conforming materials, ensuring proper segregation.
• Assist with supplier reviews and audit activities.
• Carry out inspections and verification using measurement equipment.
• Update company systems and databases with quality information.
• Produce reports and provide administrative support for quality activities.
• Support wider operational projects as required.

Required profile

• A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business Management, Supply Chain, Quality Management or a related discipline is advantageous.
• Previous experience in quality, compliance, operations, supply chain or manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent record‑keeping abilities.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience using measurement and inspection equipment.

What we offer

• £30,000 per annum salary.
