Quality Assurance Engineer – German/French (Alexa Global Quality)

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer fluent in German and/or French to join the Alexa Global Quality team. The role can be based in London or Dublin and will focus on delivering high‑quality Alexa experiences for customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own everyday product quality for your workstream and ensure delivery against defined milestones.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define and execute test strategies for Alexa features and devices.
• Monitor production trends, raise, triage and resolve defects, and drive improvements to the user experience.
• Develop and contribute automation tools and quality tooling to increase test efficiency across the organization.
• Communicate status, gather requirements, and work with stakeholders to develop processes and tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality assurance engineering.
• Experience creating test plans, designs, strategies and executing them.
• Background as a QA lead on medium to large projects.
• Ability to work closely with development and business teams to understand requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Fluency in speaking, reading and writing German and/or French.
