Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Dragonpass you will ensure our digital travel and lifestyle products are reliable, high‑quality and easy to use for customers worldwide. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product and business teams to test, validate and continuously improve applications across a global platform.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute manual and automated tests throughout the full development lifecycle.
• Work collaboratively with developers, product owners and DevOps to improve quality and resolve defects.
• Maintain and enhance test coverage, documentation and automation frameworks.
• Support the business by identifying issues early and reducing production risk.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software testing or quality assurance, covering both manual and automated testing.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning and defect management.
• Hands‑on experience with test automation tools and API testing.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Clear communication skills and a structured, analytical approach to problem solving.
