Quality Assurance Inspector – FMCG

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to join a well‑established, family‑owned FMCG business in Poole. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining premium quality standards and ensuring compliance across all production activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA policies and procedures.
• Conduct audits and inspections of products and production processes.
• Lead investigations into product non‑conformities and customer complaints.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality practices and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role or a related position.
• Background in the FMCG, compliance or manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and their implementation.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
