Quality Assurance Inspector

About the role

The Quality Assurance Inspector will ensure that both pre‑production and post‑production processes meet Amcor's high standards for safety and customer satisfaction. Working on‑site in Beccles, the role involves a mix of inspections, testing, documentation and support for new material development.

Key responsibilities

• Perform AQL checks and assorted quality inspections, tests, measurements and performance duties.
• Inspect post‑production products to verify they meet individual customer requirements and record results accurately.
• Inspect, measure, leak‑test and conduct lab tests on pre‑production components to confirm suitability for production.
• Carry out general QA tasks such as shadowgraph measurements, data entry/retrieval, weight and capacity analysis, sample collection, ink/component colour evaluation and filing.
• Provide calibration support across the business and analyse complaints to support departmental KPIs.
• Assist the health‑and‑safety team by maintaining First Aid stocks.
• Support development of new materials and products through lab‑based testing.
