Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

The Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager will develop, implement and maintain Sterling Thermal Technology’s Quality Management System (QMS). You will lead relationships with customer quality teams and compliance authorities, ensuring the company meets the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the QMS in line with ISO 9001.
• Lead the NCR (Root Cause Analysis) process and produce key analysis metrics.
• Maintain company procedures and support audit activities with the wider quality team.
• Ensure ISO 9001 accreditation is upheld through internal and external audits.
• Review and audit existing and new subcontractors in collaboration with Procurement.
• Support the wider quality team on ASME manual compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience in a senior quality role within a highly regulated industry.
• Experience with PED, ASME VIII and welding standards.
• Experience of fabrication and metal‑work processes.
• Leadership, growth mindset, collaborative and resilient attitude.
