About the role
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Warehouse Operative to join our busy warehouse team in Reading. The role involves performing daily quality checks on incoming packages and supporting general warehouse activities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out daily quality inspections of incoming parcels.
- Verify that labels match delivery notes and are correctly positioned.
- Ensure all received items are accounted for and placed in the appropriate dispatch cages.
- Assist with general warehouse duties throughout the shift.
- Operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts when required (desirable).
Required profile
- Previous experience conducting quality checks in a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks.
- Good organisational skills and accuracy.
- GCSE English at grade C/4 or above.
