Quality Control Inspector

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Quality Control Inspector to join our Kintore workshop team. The role focuses on practical dimensional and visual inspections across receiving, in‑process and final stages, ensuring that all inspection records are accurately maintained in our digital systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections on manufactured components.
• Carry out receiving inspections and prepare final release documentation.
• Manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and maintain inspection records within the ERP system.
• Support audit activities and general quality initiatives within the workshop.
• Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to uphold quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing or workshop environment (or a machinist transitioning to QC).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001‑controlled operations.
• Confidence using inspection tools, technical drawings and digital quality systems.
• Comfortable working hands‑on in an onsite workshop setting.
