Quality Engineer – Aerospace (Ramsgate)

About the role

This permanent full‑time position is for a Quality Engineer within a large multinational aircraft company based in Ramsgate, Kent. The role focuses on maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting the quality management system and driving continuous improvement across aerospace standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory and internal quality requirements.
• Conduct internal and supplier audits and support customer and third‑party audits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Manage non‑conformances and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records in line with aerospace industry standards.

Required profile

• Experience in a regulated quality environment, preferably aerospace, aviation, MRO, manufacturing or engineering.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and/or AS9110 standards.
• Experience with root‑cause analysis, corrective actions and non‑conformance management.
• Familiarity with EASA Part 145 and/or FAA regulations is highly advantageous.
