Quality Engineer – ISO 9001

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Quality Engineer to join a well‑established manufacturer of agricultural products. You will be the primary point of contact for all quality‑related processes, ensuring the business remains fully compliant with ISO 9001 standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out quality inspections and audits on parts, components and finished products.
• Maintain ongoing compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Collaborate closely with production and manufacturing teams to drive efficiency.
• Liaise with the Production Manager and oversee the company’s quality strategy.
• Keep all quality documentation up to date and propose improvements to the quality system.

Required profile

• Qualified Quality Engineer or similar with proven experience working to ISO 9001.
• Ability to work autonomously within a tight‑knit, long‑standing organisation.
• Willingness to commute to Sutton Coldfield.
