Quality Engineer – Manufacturing (ISO 9001)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Quality Engineer to join a leading manufacturer of agricultural products. Based in Sutton Coldfield, you will own the quality function, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and driving continuous improvement across production.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and report internal and external quality inspections and audits on components and finished goods.
• Maintain and update all quality documentation to meet ISO 9001 standards.
• Collaborate closely with production and manufacturing teams to optimise processes and resolve quality issues.
• Develop and implement quality strategies, supporting long‑term product reliability.
• Provide guidance to the Production Manager on quality matters and drive corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role, working to ISO 9001.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and production environments.
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to commute to Sutton Coldfield.
