Quality & Integrated Management Systems Manager

Key responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Manage the Quality Control Laboratory and a team of two QC Technicians.
• Coordinate internal, external and customer audits.
• Handle customer complaints, non‑conformances and corrective actions.
• Maintain quality documentation, procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Support environmental and occupational health and safety management systems.
• Monitor quality performance and drive high standards across the business.

Required profile

• Experience managing an Integrated Management System within a manufacturing environment.
• Good working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Experience leading internal and external audits.
• Experience managing a small team.
• Practical, organised and hands‑on approach.
• Enthusiasm for improving systems, raising standards and embracing innovation.
