About the role
Are you a Quality Manager with a background in electronics manufacturing looking for an autonomous and challenging position? You will lead the entire quality division for a reputable manufacturer, influencing positive change across product, site and staff standards.
Key responsibilities
- General ownership and oversight of the quality department.
- Maintain and improve both BMS and QMS systems.
- Lead internal and external audits.
- Support the E&HS Manager with health, safety and environmental compliance.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager in electronics manufacturing.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS 9100 standards, and experience working with MoD, defence or aerospace sectors.
Required skills
- BMS (Business Management System).
- QMS (Quality Management System).
- ISO 9001.
- AS 9100.
What we offer
- Salary £50,000 – £60,000 per year.
