Quality Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality operations at our Bridgwater manufacturing site. The role will drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with stringent industry standards, and support delivery of world‑class products to a global customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all site quality activities, improving standards, processes and performance.
• Maintain compliance with customer, industry and regulatory requirements and ensure certifications and audit expectations are met.
• Act as primary contact for customers, auditors, suppliers and internal stakeholders on quality matters.
• Manage non‑conformances, root‑cause investigations, corrective actions and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Develop, implement and maintain quality procedures, documentation and management systems.
• Support Health & Safety through risk assessments, safe work systems and incident investigations.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and embed quality throughout manufacturing.
• Analyse quality performance data using statistical and problem‑solving tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior quality role within a fast‑paced, highly regulated sector such as aerospace, medical devices or advanced manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex audit processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
