Quality Manager

About the role

We are looking for a diligent and proactive Quality Manager to lead our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure our products meet the highest internal and external standards. You will work closely with production, compliance and customer teams to maintain product safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the QMS.
• Oversee compliance with BRCGS, RSPO, retailer audits and other relevant standards.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the quality department.
• Investigate and respond to customer complaints.
• Conduct internal, hygiene and external audits.
• Maintain and review product specifications.
• Raise, investigate and close non‑conformances.
• Deliver training sessions for production and office staff.
• Report trending issues and produce monthly quality reports.
• Ensure scheduled swabbing and product testing are performed.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Quality Manager or similar technical role in the industry.
• Strong understanding of quality systems and standards such as BRC, RSPO and GMP.
• Experience hosting external audits.
• Excellent attention to detail and methodical work approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, flexible and reliable team player.
