About the role
We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead the quality function at our precision engineering manufacturing site in Corsham. You will be the key driver for all quality decisions, ensuring compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001 and customer standards while fostering continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Quality function and ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
- Manage and develop the Quality team.
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
- Ensure the highest quality standards are achieved throughout production.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Quality Engineer.
- Experience working to AS9100 standards.
- Management experience preferred.
