Quality Manager – £60k + Benefits

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join a global engineering manufacturer based in Andover. You will develop and implement a robust Quality Management System (QMS), lead project delivery aligned with ISO accreditation, and work closely with project managers on equipment supply. The role is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, primarily office‑based.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain the company’s Quality Management System.
• Conduct audits, drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to support the supply of specialist equipment for medical, aerospace and automotive sectors.
• Lead project delivery activities to meet quality and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the quality team.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a QA Manager, Quality Manager or Compliance Manager.
• Background in engineering, manufacturing or a scientific discipline.
• Ability to work autonomously and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to commute to Andover (commutable from surrounding towns).
