Quality Planner – Luxury Automotive Brand

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Quality Planner to support a luxury automotive brand in delivering high‑quality products. The role sits at the heart of product development, bridging engineering, manufacturing and supplier teams to ensure quality standards are met from concept through to production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structured problem‑solving activities using 5Y, Fishbone and DMAIC to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Own quality deliverables for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with APQP milestones and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams during early design, hardware builds and pre‑series phases.
• Monitor, report and drive improvement of quality KPIs across new model production.
• Escalate critical risks and ensure timely resolution in line with project objectives.
• Apply core quality tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP) and verify compliance with international safety standards.
• Interpret technical drawings, standards and inspection instructions to define production requirements.
• Support and guide quality specialists and technicians throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
• Experience working in an automotive or high‑mix manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work on‑site and coordinate with international engineering teams.
