Quality System and Compliance Manager

About the role
We are seeking a Quality System and Compliance Manager to lead the update and continuous improvement of our ISO 9001 Quality Management System. You will work autonomously within a global high‑tech business serving the aerospace, precision engineering and machining sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update the ISO 9001 QMS to the latest 2026 requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and support external audit processes.
- Implement improvements and introduce additional ISO systems as appropriate.
- Manage regulatory compliance and liaise with project teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Required profile
- Experience as a Quality Manager, QMS Manager, QA Manager or similar.
- Proven track record of improving and updating ISO 9001 systems.
- Internal audit qualification.
- Ability to commute to Andover.

What we offer
- Salary £55,000 – £60,000 per year plus bonus.
