Quality Technician – Complaints Investigator

About the role

Join a modern laboratory in Witney as a Quality Technician focused on investigating returned medical devices. You will act as a technical detective, uncovering root causes and ensuring products meet the highest safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct hands‑on investigations of customer‑returned devices using specialised tools and logical analysis.
• Log findings in Microsoft Excel and internal systems, identifying quality trends and patterns.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects to influence product design and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with international teams to implement corrective actions across the organisation.
• Prepare clear, concise technical reports that comply with regulatory and safety requirements.

Required profile

• Analytical mindset with a methodical, evidence‑based approach.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
• Minimum secondary education with solid maths and English skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Basic understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) or quality‑control principles (nice‑to‑have).
