About the role

Key responsibilities

• Perform hands‑on investigations by meticulously examining devices to determine root causes.
• Utilise MS Excel and internal systems to log findings, identify quality trends and spot emerging patterns.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects influencing future product design.
• Collaborate with international teams to implement corrective actions.
• Generate technical reports that comply with strict global regulatory and safety standards.
• Handle biohazard waste disposal in accordance with all safety regulations.

Required profile

• Analytical mindset with a proven ability to follow evidence to logical conclusions.
• Strong documentation skills with an uncompromising focus on precision.
• Minimum secondary education with proficiency in maths and English.
• Previous experience in a laboratory or regulated environment is valuable.
