Quality Technician – Day Shift

About the role

Quality Technician – Day Shift supporting an automotive manufacturer in Winsford. You will ensure every product meets specification and the highest quality standards throughout the production process.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the completion of each product to required specifications.
• Conduct thorough quality assessments throughout the production process.
• Carry out final checks on all finished items prior to presentation and customer dispatch.
• Confirm that all products comply with relevant type‑approval standards.
• Produce and submit a detailed quality report for every finished product.
• Comply fully with Health & Safety legislation and company safety procedures.
• Reduce material waste through careful and efficient use of resources and consumables.

Required profile

• Highly organised, motivated and proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Practical experience in trailer manufacturing or a similar production setting.
• Capable of meeting strict deadlines while maintaining high‑quality output.
• Committed to achieving production targets and sustaining product excellence.
