Quality Technician – Night Shift (Witney)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Quality Technician to join our modern laboratory in Witney on a night‑shift basis. You will investigate returned medical devices, identify root causes of failures and help maintain the highest standards of patient safety.

Key responsibilities

• Perform hands‑on testing and detailed examinations of customer‑returned devices.
• Record findings, track quality trends and analyse data using Microsoft Excel.
• Identify emerging patterns and contribute to continuous‑improvement projects.
• Collaborate with local and international teams to implement corrective actions.
• Prepare clear, concise investigation reports that meet regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Logical, methodical thinker with a “detective” mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort following strict protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Completed secondary education with Maths and English.
• Lab experience or root‑cause analysis exposure is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Ability to learn new data‑tracking software quickly.
