Quality Technician – Path to Engineer

About the role
Join a close‑knit team of three to drive quality improvements across a busy medical‑materials production site. This permanent position offers a clear progression path from Quality Technician to Quality Engineer, with on‑the‑job audit training and support.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits against ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
- Record and manage non‑conformances (NCRs) and perform root‑cause analysis.
- Handle customer complaints, perform risk assessments, and support corrective actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
Required profile
- Experience as a Quality Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team and communicate findings clearly.

What we offer
- Salary £38,000 – £42,000 per year
- 33 days holiday
- 5% pension contribution
- Monday‑to‑Friday, 9am‑5pm onsite schedule
