Quality Technician/Engineer/Manager – Audio Equipment

About the role

This position is for a Quality Technician, Engineer or Manager focused on cutting‑edge audio equipment. You will join a well‑established company that designs and sells audio products worldwide, working from a newly refurbished headquarters in Cornwall.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the quality division, managing both the team and quality systems.
• Ensure all quality documentation is reviewed, maintained and up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with R&D and the New Product Introduction (NPI) facility to support production and new product launches.
• Provide technical advice and act as a liaison between customers and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate technical records for all projects.
• Travel occasionally to manufacturing sites and supplier facilities worldwide as required.

Required profile

• Background in electronics, manufacturing or production environments.
• Previous experience in a quality‑focused role.
• Willingness to relocate to Cornwall.
• Ability to manage a team and quality systems effectively.
