Quantitative Analyst – Investment Management

About the role

We are seeking a Quantitative Analyst to join a leading global investment management firm. The firm leverages a broad range of systematic and quantitative strategies across global financial markets to deliver high‑quality, uncorrelated returns. In this permanent, onsite position you will support systematic trading desks by developing, maintaining and optimising automated trading solutions. You will work either in Warsaw or Central London, collaborating closely with researchers, traders and data engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise automated trading code and strategy configurations.
• Collaborate with researchers and traders to adapt to evolving trading requirements.
• Manage, clean and validate datasets used in research and live trading systems.
• Support live trading operations and monitor performance metrics.

Required profile

• Degree in a STEM discipline.
• Strong communication skills.

• Python programming.
