About the role
Join a leading tech‑driven systematic hedge fund as a Quantitative Developer. You will work directly on a trading desk, collaborating with Quant Researchers and Traders to build and maintain high‑performance trading systems.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and optimise ultra‑low‑latency trading engines that operate at nanosecond precision.
- Contribute to a research platform handling terabytes of data daily.
- Build and maintain analytics infrastructure on massive cloud computing resources.
- Solve complex technical challenges that have an immediate impact on desk performance.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in a quantitative trading environment (highly desirable).
- Strong background in modern C++ with deep understanding of CPU, memory, OS, and network interactions.
- Ability to take full ownership of projects from concept to delivery.
- Good communication skills in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
- Experience in Python is highly desirable.
- Preferred experience in buyside finance, big tech, or gaming industries.
