Quantitative Developer

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing fintech start‑up to recruit a Quantitative Developer for its London office. The role focuses on building and maintaining high‑performance production code that drives order execution across multiple multi‑asset strategies and exchanges.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimise production‑grade code for order management and execution across equities, crypto and futures markets.
• Collaborate with quantitative and machine‑learning researchers to enhance data pipelines and execution algorithms.
• Support additional software engineering and quantitative development workloads as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing live execution systems for diverse products and platforms at top‑tier quantitative firms.
• Strong programming ability in relevant languages.
• Familiarity with multi‑asset (MFT) strategies and exchange connectivity.

Required skills

• Programming proficiency (specific language not disclosed).
• Understanding of data pipelines and execution algorithm design.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from €170,000 to €260,000 per year, plus bonus and internal investment opportunities.
