About the role

Susquehanna International Group’s Quantitative Trading graduate programme offers a full‑time position starting June 2027 in London. As a graduate quantitative trader you will be embedded on a trading desk, learning the firm’s strategies, risk management and trading operations while completing an industry‑leading education curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in classroom‑based training covering ETFs, options, game theory and programming.
• Assist senior traders on a desk, gaining exposure to live trading and risk management.
• Work on hands‑on projects, trading simulations and proprietary trading games.
• Collaborate with peers on problem‑solving exercises and develop quantitative models.

Required profile

• Recent or soon‑to‑be graduate (available June 2027) with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Clear communicator who can share ideas and listen to others.
• Ambitious individual who sets personal goals and works diligently to achieve them.

Required skills

• Programming (any language) for quantitative analysis.
