About the role
Clear is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong client-side background for data centre projects in London. This is a freelance position, and the employer specifically wants people who have worked directly for clients, asset owners or developers, rather than solely within contractor environments.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on the client side
- Strong commercial and cost management experience
- Experience with procurement, tendering, valuations, variations and final accounts
- Excellent understanding of contracts and commercial risk
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and give sound commercial advice to the client
- Data centre experience
- A relevant Quantity Surveying qualification is preferred
