About the role
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established specialist contractor as a Quantity Surveyor. You will manage commercial aspects of live construction projects while supporting an Assistant QS and contributing to the commercial team’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee valuations, measurements, variations and cost reporting for active projects.
- Manage commercial delivery, ensuring cost control and accurate take‑offs.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and project teams.
- Support and mentor an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
Required profile
- Proven Quantity Surveying experience within construction.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

What we offer
- Salary £60,000 – £65,000 per year
