Quantity Surveyor – Commercial Roofing Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist contractor delivering high‑quality commercial roofing and waterproofing projects across the South East and London. Based in Chessington, you will act as the commercial lead for the branch, enjoying autonomy, hybrid working and strong technical development opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the commercial function across multiple roofing projects.
• Work closely with operational teams, clients, subcontractors and senior management to ensure commercial success.
• Maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Balance office, site and home working while meeting project delivery targets.
• Travel between the office, sites across the South East and London, and home as required.

Required profile

• Qualified Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready to step up.
• Experience within the construction sector, preferably commercial roofing.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to hit the ground running.
• Valid driver’s licence for travel between office, sites and home.
