Quantity Surveyor – Glasgow

About the role

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a well‑established construction consultancy in Glasgow. The role offers exposure to a variety of refurbishment, heritage and new‑build projects across commercial, education, healthcare and specialist conservation sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Support project delivery from initial stages through to completion.
• Assist with cost planning, procurement, valuations and final accounts.
• Collaborate closely with senior team members and project stakeholders.
• Contribute to the preparation of cost reports and commercial documentation.

Required profile

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant QS in a consultancy or main‑contracting environment.
• Good understanding of construction processes and standard forms of contract.
• Motivated, detail‑oriented and eager to progress professionally.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Relevant degree or working towards RICS accreditation (desirable).
