Quantity Surveyor – Multi‑Storey Car Park Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading design‑and‑build contractor that specialises in multi‑storey car park projects across the UK and Europe. The role offers long‑term career progression, specialist training and the chance to work on complex, high‑value construction schemes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the commercial side of projects from procurement through to final accounts.
• Prepare valuations, cost forecasts, interim payments and final accounts.
• Handle subcontractor procurement, variations and client change requests.
• Identify and value client variations and change orders.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and site teams throughout project delivery.

Required profile

• Proven quantity surveying experience within construction.
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts.
• Commercially aware, organised and motivated to develop a career in a specialist contractor environment.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
