Quantity Surveyor – Project Controls & Commercial Services

About the role

The Quantity Surveyor will join KBR’s Project Controls and Commercial Services team supporting Sellafield Ltd projects. The role focuses on pre‑contract commercial activities, procurement strategy development and the full tendering cycle, as well as ongoing contract administration for live contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop procurement and commercial strategies in collaboration with demanders.
• Prepare contract documentation and lead tender processes for new projects.
• Manage and progress additional tenders in line with the procurement pipeline.
• Maintain accurate contract records in CEMAR, ATAMIS and the Procurement Plan.
• Conduct cost audits on frameworks to verify Schedule of Cost Components.
• Complete final accounting for multiple contracts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in NEC contract management.
• Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a busy environment with shifting priorities.
• Self‑motivated, capable of independent workload management and sound commercial decision‑making.
• Based within a daily commuting distance to the office.
