Quantity Surveyor – Refurbishment & Energy Efficiency Projects

About the role

Join a fast‑growing contractor delivering high‑quality refurbishment, maintenance and energy‑efficiency programmes across West and North London. Based in Wembley, you will own the commercial delivery of a diverse portfolio of social‑housing projects, from kitchen and bathroom upgrades to external works and void refurbishments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost forecasts, budgets and CVR reports for multiple projects.
• Procure and manage subcontractor packages, ensuring value for money.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs and manage risks.
• Collaborate with local authorities, housing associations and internal stakeholders.
• Report on project progress and financial status to senior management.

Required profile

• 5+ years’ Quantity Surveying experience in social housing or refurbishment.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven budgeting and risk‑management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and analytical abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and a proactive, solutions‑focused attitude.
