Radar Instructor

About the role

Saab UK is looking for a Radar Instructor to join the Sensor Systems UK Integrated Logistic Support Training team. The role involves delivering operator and advanced maintenance training for radar and sensor systems at Saab sites in Fareham and Gothenburg, as well as at customer locations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and assure training programmes covering radar and sensor system operation and maintenance.
• Create and maintain educational material, including technical manuals and training aids.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers to tailor training to specific needs.
• Support the compilation of technical publications for UK and Swedish teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement of training methodologies and techniques.

Required profile

• UK‑based professional with strong motivation and ability to work closely with customers.
• Excellent problem‑solving and cooperation skills, comfortable working in large groups and maintaining professional networks.
