About the role

Join a fast‑growing boutique R&D tax advisory firm in London, working directly with the Head of Tax and a high‑performing team. You will manage the full lifecycle of R&D tax claims, bridging financial analysis and technical documentation to help innovative companies maximise their tax relief.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors.
• Conduct detailed financial reviews to identify qualifying R&D expenditure.
• Assess project eligibility against current R&D tax legislation and guidelines.
• Prepare clear, structured technical documentation to support each claim.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with changes in R&D tax rules and industry developments.

Required profile

• Previous exposure to R&D tax, finance, or technical environments.
• Motivation to specialise in R&D tax and a proactive, "can‑do" attitude.
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with financial data.
