Reach Fork Lift Driver

About the role

We are recruiting a Reach Fork Lift Driver for a leading FMCG distribution centre in Grays. The role is based on a fast‑paced shift pattern, supporting the delivery of household and personal hygiene products across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a Reach truck to load and unload palletised goods.
• Use a handheld tracking monitor to verify documentation and ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Follow health and safety procedures, reporting any issues promptly.
• Identify and escalate product quality concerns according to site protocols.
• Meet individual and team targets to satisfy customer demand.

Required profile

• Possess a valid RTITB (or ITSAAR/AIIT) Reach truck licence.
• Previous forklift experience in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
• Ability to work a rotating four‑week shift pattern (day and night shifts).
• Energetic, proactive attitude with a focus on safety.
