About the role
We are looking for experienced Reach Forklift Drivers to join our Swindon warehouse team. You will operate a reach forklift to move, stack and organise inventory, ensuring efficient flow of goods throughout the facility.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a reach forklift to move, stack and organise inventory within the warehouse.
- Load and unload materials from trucks or containers, following proper handling procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members when lifting items and independently make decisions to meet deadlines.
- Maintain accurate placement of goods in their designated locations.
Required profile
- Valid reach forklift certification or equivalent licence.
- Ability to work on your feet and lift heavy loads.
- Commitment to a long‑term position, with the role becoming permanent after 12 weeks.

What we offer
- £14.09 per hour.
- Monday‑Friday schedule with various early/late shifts.
