Reach Truck Operative – Night Shift (4 on 4 off)

About the role

Join Boughey Logistics as a Reach Truck Operative on the night shift at our Wardle site. This permanent, full‑time position works on a 4‑on‑4‑off pattern from 6 pm to 6 am.

Key responsibilities

• Pick orders from pick lists and locate stock as required.
• Pack orders ready for dispatch and load goods onto vehicles.
• Receive, check and store incoming products safely.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation.
• Report shortages or damages to the Team Leader immediately.
• Operate reach trucks and other mobile plant when needed.
• Follow health and safety policies to protect yourself and colleagues.

Required profile

• Previous experience operating a reach truck (refresher courses available).
• Comfortable on your feet and able to lift and carry items.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Understanding of safe manual handling practices and health‑and‑safety awareness.
