Reactive Maintenance Scheduler

About the role

We are seeking a Reactive Maintenance Scheduler to join our iwhub helpdesk team in Aston. You will coordinate daily maintenance work, ensuring residents receive prompt and reliable service while supporting our responsive maintenance division.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and allocate daily work schedules using our dynamic scheduling system.
• Prioritise tasks based on urgency, location and time constraints while managing risk to meet KPIs.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and operatives, providing phone and email support to achieve first‑time fixes.
• Maintain accurate, detailed notes for each task in the system to ensure compliance.
• Produce daily KPI reports to track contract performance and service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in planning or scheduling within a repairs and maintenance environment (preferred).
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities with a proactive, fast‑paced work style.
• Ability to follow processes, adapt quickly to new systems and work collaboratively.
• Commitment to fairness, inclusivity and high‑quality customer service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with scheduling software or dynamic scheduling systems.
