About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join a top‑tier international law firm’s Real Estate team in Southampton. The role sits at Associate/Senior Associate level and offers a clear pathway towards partnership while handling high‑value transactions for high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage mid‑market capital transactions and high‑value asset management matters.
• Advise on investment sales and purchases across a broad range of property assets.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, loan documents, and other transactional paperwork.
• Provide strategic counsel to corporate and private clients on commercial real‑estate matters.
• Collaborate with senior partners and other practice groups to deliver integrated legal solutions.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with several years of experience in commercial real‑estate law.
• Proven track record of handling high‑value property transactions.
