Real Estate Project Support

About the role

Airbus is looking for a motivated Real Estate Project Support professional to join its UK Real Estate team. The role will involve supporting operational and strategic real‑estate activities across Airbus’s extensive UK property portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with property portfolio management, acquisitions, disposals, leases and land transactions.
• Support development of real‑estate master plans and long‑term site strategies.
• Coordinate real‑estate projects across multiple Airbus divisions and subsidiaries.
• Help prepare lease documentation, review contracts and support negotiations with legal specialists.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Treasury, Tax, Facilities) and external parties such as landlords, developers, brokers and local authorities.
• Contribute to planning applications, land evaluations and property development opportunities.
• Support supplier performance management and ensure project delivery meets quality, cost and schedule targets.
• Identify and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Proactive and curious attitude with a desire to develop a career in real estate.
• Experience in a real‑estate, property, legal or land‑management environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
