About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Real Estate Solicitor with 1‑3 years post‑qualification experience to join a respected regional law firm in Reading. The role offers exposure to high‑value property transactions and the chance to develop within a supportive, collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects for developers, investors and institutions.
• Work closely with senior colleagues while taking ownership of your own matters.
• Contribute to a growing Real Estate practice and support high‑profile transactions.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years PQE in Real Estate law, preferably from a commercial, regional or top‑tier firm.
• Strong technical knowledge of property law and a keen interest in transactional work.
• Proactive, commercially minded and motivated to progress within a supportive team.
