Real Estate Solicitor – Development & Investment

About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join one of the largest and most respected real‑estate teams in the North of England. The successful candidate will work on high‑profile development, regeneration and investment projects for a diverse client base that includes developers, institutional investors, occupiers and public‑sector bodies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on acquisitions, disposals, site assembly and collaboration agreements.
• Manage development projects and investment transactions from initial site acquisition through funding, construction and eventual disposal.
• Collaborate closely with Corporate, Construction and Planning teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high‑quality service throughout the full development lifecycle.

Required profile

• 4–6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in real‑estate development or investment work.
• Commercially minded with strong client‑management abilities.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
