Receiving / Unpacking Investigator – Day Shift

About the role

This hands‑on position is the first link in the quality chain for a world‑leading healthcare company. You will work day shifts in Witney, ensuring that every returned medical product is received, unpacked and recorded with precision.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately receive, unpack and log all returned medical items using internal computer systems.
• Maintain precise digital records of incoming products and any investigations.
• Identify trends or issues with returned items and flag them to management.
• Collaborate with global teams to support smooth and efficient operations.
• Contribute ideas to improve departmental processes.

Required profile

• Basic IT confidence and ability to use computer systems.
• Methodical, detail‑oriented approach to work.
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork.
• Minimum secondary education (or equivalent) with competence in Maths and English.
