Reception Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Reception Manager to lead the front‑of‑house team at our client’s Alderley Edge clinic. In this pivotal role you will ensure a seamless, high‑end patient journey from the first enquiry through to post‑appointment follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day‑to‑day running of the reception function at the Alderley Edge clinic.
• Oversee appointment scheduling, diary management and clinic utilisation using booking systems (Zenoti preferred).
• Monitor front‑of‑house KPIs such as conversion rates, re‑booking and client satisfaction.
• Handle client enquiries, complaints and escalations while maintaining brand standards.
• Support revenue growth through effective booking management, upselling and service optimisation.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Coordinate stock and reception‑level retail processes.
• Foster a positive, professional and motivated reception team culture.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years’ experience in a Reception Manager or senior front‑of‑house role within a clinic, beauty, spa or premium service environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a polished professional manner.
• Experience handling high‑net‑worth or premium clientele.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Zenoti (or similar) booking system.
• GDPR compliance knowledge.

• Base salary £25,000‑£28,000 per annum plus an annual performance bonus.
